Hypnotherapy allows me to gently access your subconscious mind; which reveals the real, deeper reasons for our actions, thoughts and beliefs. Often, we don’t know why we are depressed or anxious and listening to our self-defeating mind chatter just make us more unclear of reasons.
Hypnosis uses the ability of the brain to create new thoughts and feelings. I often ask people to go back to a time when they felt these unwanted emotions, under Hypnosis. Through this experience, the root cause of the problem is discovered. It isn’t the same as re-experiencing a trauma; you are aware of everything that is happening as an observer.
Hypnotherapy helps you experience a brighter, better outlook by creating a future timeline. In this future, you are doing something you love, feeling rewarded with energy and happiness. In this future moment or future memory, your brain will create subconscious expectations and positive emotions and beliefs about your future.

Cognitive Behavioural therapy or CBT and Mindfulness helps you to make a connection between your thoughts and the feelings of anxiety and depression. Through this session, you will be learning to identify and counteract negative or anxious thoughts. This in turn will dramatically improve your mood and lift anxiety.
